 Argentina Completa en 15 días / 14 noches - Viaje Octubre 2008     

 El viaje resultó sin lugar a dudas, mejor de lo que esperaba. Sitios espectaculares con personas amistosas siempre sonrientes. La gente encargada de traslados, excursiones, guias, etc. Siempre amables y lo mejor,…. Puntuales.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Estoy asombrado de la infraestructura turística del pais y de su organización. El viaje resultó ser una copia fiel del itinerario proporcionado antes de iniciarlo. Un reconocimiento a la atención recibida de parte de Maria Jose Barciela.                                                                                                                         Tamez Juan Carlos – México

Full Argentina and Chile Program in 21 and 23 days                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Trip: October – November 2008           A big thank you for having organised our wonderful holiday in Argentina. Everything worked out as it should and we had no problems at all. Very efficient organisation and management of the holiday from beginning to end with prompt service and replies to our many questions and emails. Thank you. We shall not hesitate to use you and your agency again should we manage to go to north eastern Argentina and Bolivia in the future. Detailed comments.We found all the hotels as we had expected with friendly and helpful service except Orly Hotel in BA- very dark rooms and front desk reception not that helpful, but the position of the hotel was very convenient for everything . Claudio, the Italian guy working at Sloggetts hotel in Ushuaia was great – excellent English and so helpful. Same goes for the young guys Alexandra I think at Fitzroy Hotel in El Chalten and the one at reception at Hotel Cauquenez de Nimez in El Calafate . All the transfers went very smoothly except the last one for us from Orly Hotel to the airport – the driver did not announce out loud  that he had arrived at reception and so although we were sitting there in front of him it was only at 11.45 when I got up to ask reception to pse call you that he announced himself. A misunderstanding no doubt! I feel they should carry name boards like at the airport to avoid confusion. The guides were all pretty good with a special mention for Mariela from “Patagonia Way” in Ushuaia who went out of her way to help us and give information. Delfina too was good in Ushuaia.  Natty, the Chilean  driver, from Torres del Paine refuge to Peurto Natales and then Puenta Arenas airport was very good . However the driver who fetched us at the bus station at Puerto Natales on arrival from El Calafate was unfriendly and not too helpful. Finally Jorge Garula who was our guide on both Argentinian and Brazilian trips to Iguazu Falls was excellent – superb command of English , happy, hyper efficient and so patient in spite of his heavy cold!! I hope this is helpful to you and your company.                                                                              Thalabart  Louis &  Jean - France 

Viaje: Semana en Argentina – Octubre 2008

Soy Rebeca PArdo, que me preparaste 7 dias intensos por tu pais. La verdad que estamos muy contentos con el viaje, tuvimos algun retraso con los vuelos, pero lo peor fue la cancelación en EL Calafate.Ya te he explicado en la encuesta lo que yo pensaba, ahora lo leeras.
 
Por lo demás muchas gracias por todo porque la organizacion, los horarios de recogida y los hoteles han estado muy bien y todos muy centricos.Os felicito por vuestra profesionalidad, en serio, nunca había viajado tan segura.

Viaje: Argentina y Crucero Mare Australis en 21 días      Nuestro viaje ha sido un éxito en todos los sentidos, felicito la profesionalidad de Across Argentina por la organización y la atención que nos han dispuesto.Tanto los transfers como los guias y los conductores han sido muy correctos y puntuales, con énfasis a los transfers de los aeropuertos por su paciencia con los retrasos de Aerolíneas.Hemos quedado gratamente satisfechos con la amabilidad de los argentinos en todos los lugares que hemos visitadoDejo aquí una pequeña nota “negativa” en cuanto a infraestructuras por el estado de las carreteras, que muchas son de “ripio” y como las distancias son tan largas, el turista acusa el cansancio del mal estado de dichas carreteras.También quiero hacer mención del problema de demora de un vuelo de Aerolíneas que nos hizo perder una conexión con otro vuelo. Aerolíneas soluciono el problema al momento pero nosotros perdimos un día. Dar las gracias a la agencia por reorganizar las excursiones y no perder las programadas.Esperamos tener la ocasión de volver en un futuro para conocer más de vuestro encantador país. José Sancho Cano y Mª Antonia Pineda Ventura. Viaje: Luna de Miel en Argentina y Brasil – Octubre 2008  

Hola María José.

Te escribimos ya tranquilamente, vueltos del viaje y reincorporados al trabajo e incorporándonos a la vida matrimonial. Ya te lo hemos ido diciendo pero queríamos darte las gracias por prepararnos tan bien el viaje. No sabes lo que lo hemos disfrutado. Los hoteles fantásticos (el que más nos ha gustado fue Kosten Aike en Calafate) las excursiones muy bien pensadas y muy bonitas, los traslados y horarios perfectos salvo pequeños imprevistos del momento que no tienen que ver contigo, las mañanas o tardes libres bien colocados y las suficientes… y es una gozada viajar con tanta tranquilidad. Y por supuesto, lo bien que nos ha tratado todo el mundo. Te recomendaremos con los ojos cerrados al próximo que nos diga que quiere viajar a Argentina.Como te dijimos que nos habría gustado visitarte en tu agencia y conocerte en persona, pero cuando estuvimos los dos primeros días en Buenos Aires, no nos dimos cuenta de que a la vuelta era ya fin de semana y sería más difícil localizarte.   Viaje: Ushuaia y Calafate – octubre 2008                  Hola María José
todo muy bien, sólo haríamos una recomendación para futuras excursiones a Calafate, en virtud de que hace 5 meses, el glaciar Onelli esta desprendiéndose, recomiendo ampliamente que se explique a los visitantes sobre este asunto antes de contratarlo, pues resulta frustrante no completarla en los términos señalados en el itinerario.    De lo demás, nos parecieron perfectos los hoteles, las recepciones en el hotel, las propuestas hechas, todo fue excelente, un servicio de alta calidad. Por cierto recomendamos ampliamente el Hotel Alto Andino, fabulosa vista y trato. Nos gustó tanto Argentina, que seguramente la visitaremos de nuevo, por favor, cuando tengas buenas promociones, avísanos, nos gustaría prever con tiempo un viaje nuevamente.

   Hola Maria José,  ya estamos de regreso y lo pasamos muy bien.Los sercicios fueron muy buenos, se cumplieron todos los horarios y recorridos contratados y yo por mi parte estoy muy conforme.

Las excursiones estuvieron muy bien.Los hoteles muy bien, el que mas nos gustó fue el del Monasterio San Augustin en Valle sagrado. Con el hotel que tuvimos problemas fué con el de Cuzco (tierra Andina) que nos cobraron llamadas telefonicas que no habiamos realizado , igual tuvimos que pagar una parte porque nos teniamos que ir.

Respecto a los traslados el único inconveniente fué cuando teniamos que trasladarnos de Cusco  a Puno y  que por problemas de ruta nos presionaron para viajar en avión y pagar la diferencia de U$s 180 los dos, cuando esto fue un accidente y se tiene que hacer cargo la empresa. Finalmente nos mantuvimos firmes y nos trasladaron en bus como fué contratado , por suerte, porque ese trayecto era fundamental para conocer lugares muy interesantes, ruinas etc. 

Lo demás todo bien.

Trip: Calafate and Puerto Madryn – October 2008

 Extreme kindness, precision and reliability in every aspect, perfect understanding of our expectations: that’s what we found at AcrossArgentina !The beautiful landscapes and amazing scenarios of Argentina did the rest in ensuring an unforgettable trip and excellent holiday.

We enjoyed the good location and comfortable hospitality of the Hotels in Puerto Madryn and El Calafate, had a great service and a sense of familiarity, as well as very good guides through the visit at the National Parks.

Dear Maria,

this morning we came back home after 10 days in Argentina, a beautiful trip that will stay in our hearts and minds forever.Once again I would like to thank you, also on behalf of my wife and relatives, for your help in arranging the trip to Patagonia.The service supplied by the agencies Cuyun Co. in Puerto Madryn and Aventura Andina in Calafate was excellent, and the guides very kind and well prepared about their subjects. Of course the natural part was amazing and breathtaking, we really enjoyed the animals and the landscape.It was a pity for the whales, due to the sea that was too bad: maybe this will be a good reason for coming back to Argentina!I confirm you that we found the refund of the whales trip at Castelar, thank you very much for this.Another small problem that we had was when we came back from Calafate to Newbery Airport in B.A.: though I had the guy at Cauquenes informing you about the delay of our flight, there was no transfer waiting for us at the airport, maybe because it was 3 a.m. (?!). Anyway it was easily solved with a taxi, so don’t worry, just wanted you to know.
And next morning we had a very good limousine transferring my wife and me to Ezeiza.As for the Hotels also we found them good: Solar De La Costa in Madryn was undoubtedly more refined and in better conditions, but also Cauquenes was nice and especially close to the Laguna of Nimez, which I really liked very much (even if not in the program!)So what else to say? It’s been a pleasure to meet you in B.A. after arranging the trip via e-mail. The trip was absolutely fantastic, and I hope we can come back again in the future.I am attaching a picture of our group in front of Perito Moreno.Best wishes for you and your agency !

 Viaje: Argentina Completa en 15 días octubre 2008  Hola Maria José. Me contacto contigo ya desde Madrid, para agradecerte y felicitarte por la organización del viaje.Durante estos días hemos podido disfrutar y conocer tu marvilloso pais.Hemos quedado gratamente sorprendidos por la puntualidad de los traslados, la calidad de los hoteles y la profesionalidad de los guias y personal de las agencias.No podemos destacar nada en concreto ya que en todos los sitios habeis tratado de hacernos el viaje lo mas agradable posible.Mario, el guia de Iguazu, Daniel el de Puerto Madryn, la persona que se hizo cargo del problema con el hotel de El Calafate y que rápidamente se puso a buscar para que no tuviesemos problemas, vuestra rápida respuesta cuando os llamamos y la amabilidad y el trato de Gustavo el conductor de Buenos Aires. Todo perfecto.En cuanto al tema del hotel de El Calafate preguntarte si han aplicado la política de pagar la primera noche si no se presenta uno ha hacerse cargo de la reserva.Creo que no deberían  aplicarlo, ya que sí nos presentamos hasta donde pudimos llegar y me consta que delante mio la persona de Aventura Andina que nos acompañaba llamó a la agencia para que avisaran al hotel y bajase alguien ha hacerse cargo de nostros y nuestro equipaje, pero en el rato que estuvimos no bajó nadie.En esta incidencia el comportamiento del personal de Aventura Andina, fue perfecto y la elección del hotel Kosten Aike muy buena.Solo me queda agradeceros vuestro interés,  felicitaros por vuestro trabajo, y esperar poder volver a contactar con vosotras para seguir conociendo el resto del país y recomendaros a cuantos me pregunten.Un saludo
